Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking. By scheduling service with Scoop & Roll, you agree to these terms.
1. About Scoop & Roll
Scoop & Roll Pet Waste Removal is a pet waste removal company operating in Magnolia, Texas and surrounding areas.

2. Services Provided
Scoop & Roll provides recurring and one-time pet waste removal for residential properties including weekly, twice-weekly, and three-times-weekly cleanup with eco-conscious disposal and gate photo verification upon request.
3. Scheduling & Service Visits
Service visits are performed on a scheduled recurring basis
We will notify you promptly if we need to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns
If our team cannot safely access your yard (locked gate, aggressive animal), that visit may be skipped without a refund
Please ensure your gate is unlocked and yard is accessible on scheduled service days
4. Pricing
1–2 Dogs — Once Weekly: $18/week
1–2 Dogs — Twice Weekly: $34/week
1–2 Dogs — Three Times Weekly: $48/week
3–4 Dogs — Once Weekly: $22/week
3–4 Dogs — Twice Weekly: $42/week
3–4 Dogs — Three Times Weekly: $60/week

5. Automatic Weekly Billing
By signing up for a recurring service plan, you authorize Scoop & Roll to charge your payment method automatically on a weekly basis until you cancel.
Your payment method will be charged automatically each week
Charges are processed securely through Stripe
Failed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of your service
6. Cancellation Policy
No contracts. No cancellation fees. Cancel anytime by calling or texting 346-337-5831 or emailing Scoopandrollservices@gmail.com. Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled visit to avoid being charged for that visit.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service visit, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-service your yard at no additional charge.
8. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in termination of service.
9. Property Access & Safety
You grant Scoop & Roll permission to enter your yard on scheduled service days. You are responsible for ensuring safe access and notifying us of any hazards or aggressive pets.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any single service visit is limited to the cost of that visit. We are not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your payment details go directly to Stripe — not our servers. We only receive confirmation that payment was successful.
5. Apple Pay & Google Pay
Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed through Apple/Google's secure systems in partnership with Stripe. Your actual card number is never shared with us.
6. How We Protect Your Information
Our website uses SSL encryption (the 🔒 padlock)
Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe
We never store credit card numbers or CVCs
7. Sharing Your Information
We only share your information with Stripe (for payments) or if required by law. We do not share with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.
